Job Overview

Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Application Engineer (CNC Laser Controller Installation & Commissioning) with hands-on experience in FScut 2000C/E, FScut 4000E and Laser Heads – BM111 / Raytools BLT310. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and on-site support of CNC laser cutting machines.

Education Required

Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of CNC laser controllers (FScut 2000C/E & 4000E).
Laser head installation and alignment (BM111, Raytools BLT310).
Electrical wiring verification, I/O checking, and parameter configuration.
Machine startup, cutting parameter setup, and test cutting support.
Troubleshooting CNC laser machine alarms and operational issues.
Coordination with mechanical and application teams during commissioning.
On-site service support during warranty and breakdown calls.
Basic customer training on machine operation and safety.
Preparation of installation, commissioning, and service reports.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with FScut CNC laser controllers.
Knowledge of laser cutting machine electrical systems.
Experience with laser head setup, focus adjustment, and calibration.
Understanding of servo drives, motors, and CNC parameters.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
