We are a 35 Year old business that is growing at a fast pace and are looking for highly motivated and experience Operation Head-Production & Machine Shop that can take responsibility of Production, achieving set targets, management of workforce etc.
Skills -
- Minimum BE/BTech. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 8-10 years in Machine Shop
- Experience in machining of Aerospace, Defence, Automotive
- Experience in Tool room, product development
- Expertise in CAD/CAM like SolidCAM, MasterCAM, NX etc.
- Experience in Project Management
- Good Communication skills
- Good Leadership skills
