Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The role involves managing procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, vendor relations, and distribution to ensure cost-effective and efficient processes. The Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in aligning supply chain strategies with organizational goals, driving operational excellence, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely availability of materials.
Manage procurement, sourcing, and vendor management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee inventory control, demand forecasting, and warehouse management.
Optimize logistics, transportation, and distribution processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, finance, and quality) to align supply chain with business needs.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on supply chain performance.
Implement digital tools, ERP, and automation solutions for supply chain efficiency.
Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Proven experience (5–10 years) in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, and logistics.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain software/tools.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
