Salary Range: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
Job Summary
Avience Biomedicals Limited is seeking a smart, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative and coordination support. The role involves frequent travel with the MD, managing schedules, handling official communication, and coordinating between factories and the head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule
- Draft emails, reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Maintain confidential documents and records with professionalism
- Travel with the MD to Noida, Jewar Factory, and other business locations
- Handle travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, factories, and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and business presentations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and operational support for the MD’s office
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience as Secretary / Executive Assistant / PA to Senior Management
- Excellent command over spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
