Full job description

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Marketing Manager – B2C Relocation Vertical. The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, creating and implementing market plans, enhancing logistics services (particularly in B2C segment), and developing marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

What You'll Do

Build and execute the go-to-market marketing plan for the car relocation vertical across launch cities
Run performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) hands-on — planning, creative briefing, execution, optimization
Build local/offline presence: dealership tie-ups, transport nagar and RTO-adjacent networks, referral programs, local • print/hoardings where relevant
Set up and manage basic marketing infra: landing pages, WhatsApp Business/lead flow, Google My Business/local SEO, CRM hygiene (Zoho/HubSpot or equivalent)
Track CAC, lead-to-booking conversion, and channel-wise ROI; report to leadership regularly
Manage a lean bench of freelancers/local agencies/vendors within budget
Gather ground feedback from launch cities and adapt messaging/channels city by city (vernacular creative, local trust cues, etc.)
Coordinate with the ops/trucking team to align marketing promises with real operational capability (transit times, pricing, service areas

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a hands-on, individual contributor-heavy role (not purely managing agencies/teams)
Experience in low-frequency, high-consideration, trust-driven service categories — e.g., packers & movers, used car platforms, logistics-tech/mobility, real estate, or insurance
Proven experience launching or growing a new market/category, ideally in tier 2/tier-3 cities, not just metro playbooks
Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and basic CRM tools
Comfortable with offline/on-ground execution — not just a digital-only marketer
Data literacy: can read a funnel, calculate CAC/conversion, and make decisions from numbers
Bonus: regional language fluency relevant to East India markets (Bengali/Hindi); prior exposure to Kolkata/Ranchi/Siliguri markets

Qualifications

Proven skills in Market Planning and developing effective strategies for business growth
Experience in conducting detailed Market Research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities
Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities for client engagement and collaboration
Sales and Marketing expertise with a focus on building relationships and achieving sales goals.
Bachelor's degree (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in using data analysis and market research tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the logistics industry in retail segment or a similar sector is a plus
Experience of handling e-Commerce is a plus
