Position Overview:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager-Retail to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and retail, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets. As an Area Business Manager-Retail, you will be responsible for managing the retail operations of our Tanishq brand in the Kolkata region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets

Manage and oversee the retail operations of Tanishq stores in the Kolkata region

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Conduct regular market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and retail, preferably in the jewellery industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel within the North East region as needed
