Full job description

Application Developer (Android & iOS)

Skill Requirements

2+ years of experience in developing native or hybrid mobile applications for Android and iOS.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: iOS: Swift / Objective-C, Android: Kotlin / Java Cross-platform: React Native or Flutter (preferred).
Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle (development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
Experience publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Experience with Android Studio and/or Xcode.
Familiarity with Visual Studio(Nice to have).
Experience with hybrid frameworks such as: React Native, Flutter, Xamarin (Nice to have), Cordova (Nice to have).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON-based data handling.
Experience integrating third-party SDKs and libraries.
Familiarity with networking libraries such as Retrofit, Axios, or Alamofire.
Experience working with backend services using any of Node.js / .NET / Python (Basic to Intermediate level).
Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications), Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions.
Experience converting Figma designs into responsive and pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, animations, and responsive layouts.
Experience with component-based UI frameworks such as React Native Papers / NativeBase / Material UI (MUI).
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest / React Native Testing Library, JUnit / Espresso / XCTest, Appium / Detox (optional).
Experience in unit, integration, and UI testing.
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
Experience with crash reporting and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns: MVC / MVP / MVVM / Clean Architecture.
Experience with offline storage, caching, and data synchronization.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Ability to design scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience in unit, functional, and integration testing.
Proactive learner with knowledge of the mobile app development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new features
Participate in the full application lifecycle:

o Concept → Design → Development → Testing → Release → Maintenance

Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.
Convert Figma designs into functional and reusable UI components.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Work closely with product teams to define requirements and technical solutions.
Continuously learn and adopt new mobile technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Android and iOS mobile app development.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech / B.E.).

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
Experience publishing apps independently to App Store / Play Store.
Exposure to working with offshore/onshore teams.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
Web development experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, or similar frameworks).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
