Executive Assistant to Pro Vice Chairman

Note:- The Candidate should have good experience working as an EA in a school and administrative skill.

Role Purpose

To support the Pro Vice Chairman in ensuring that instructions, priorities and decisions are effectively communicated, followed up and executed by the concerned teams.

The EA will act as a bridge between the PVC and the school team, ensuring timely execution, proper follow-up and regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Take instructions from the PVC and convert them into clear action points.

* Coordinate and follow up with HODs, teachers, administrators and other team members.

* Ensure timely completion and closure of assigned tasks.

* Ensure that school systems, processes and SOPs are followed.

* Communicate politely, confidently and firmly with all stakeholders.

* Track pending tasks, deadlines and commitments.

* Identify delays/bottlenecks and escalate them to the PVC.

* Provide regular and concise status reports to the PVC.

* Ensure decisions taken in meetings are converted into action.

* Maintain confidentiality of management and school-related matters.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Organised and systematic approach

* Assertive yet polite personality

* Strong execution and problem-solving ability

* Good command of English and Hindi

* Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, Email and WhatsApp

Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline

* 3–7 years of experience in EA, Administration, Operations or Coordination

* Education-sector experience will be an advantage

Reporting

Directly to: Pro Vice Chairman

Core Requirement

The candidate should be capable of getting work executed through people with professionalism, persistence and politeness.

2. Reporting: Direct reporting to PVC

3. Role authority: Follow-up and coordination with concerned teams for execution of tasks assigned by the PVC.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
