Designation: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)
Department: Sales & Customer Experience
Location: Project Site / Sales Office
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Distribution of Work Responsibilities:
1. Primary Reception Duties:
- Greeting visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
- Answering phone calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Scheduling appointments for clients with sales agents.
- Maintaining a database of client interactions and inquiries for follow-up purposes.
3. Visitor Coordination:
- Managing visitor sign-ins and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Directing visitors to meeting rooms or sales agents as required.
- Ensuring visitors receive any necessary refreshments or amenities during their visit.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Guest Relations Executive 1:
1. Customer Service Excellence:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all client interactions.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of at least 90% based on feedback surveys.
- Maintain visitor entries in the register
- Submit photocopies of visit/revisit forms to respective head.
2. Efficient Reception Management:
- Answer 100% of incoming calls within three rings and direct them accurately.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and organized throughout the day.
3. Forms to Clients
- Ensure all clients fill visit and re visit forms and maintain the form data
Guest Relations Executive 2:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain a database of client interactions with accurate and updated information.
2. Visitor Coordination:
- Ensure all visitors sign in correctly and adhere to office security protocols.
- Coordinate with sales agents to facilitate seamless client meetings.
3. Attend Booked Clients
- Receive and submit cheques, NOC, Agreement, or any other relevant document related to the flat/unit from the already booked clients.
- Ensure to submit all documents within the same day to the concerned department i.e. CRM
Performance Metrics:
- Timeliness: Percentage of calls answered within three rings.
- Client Satisfaction: Feedback ratings and testimonials from clients.
Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions can help in adjusting these responsibilities based on evolving needs and performance outcomes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
