Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, API integration, database management, and ensuring high performance and security of web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
Develop secure and scalable back-end applications using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and databases.
Implement authentication, authorization, and data security.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Conduct testing and fix bugs before deployment.
Work with Git/GitHub for version control and source-code management.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, software developers, QA teams, and management.
Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and best practices.
Prepare technical documentation whenever required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.
Hands-on experience with React.js.
Good knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
Strong understanding of MongoDB and database concepts.
Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or other state-management libraries.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of web application security and performance optimization.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in web development will be an added advantage.

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Full Stack Developer.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
