Job Description – Secretary to Director

Position: Secretary to Director
Location: Bhowanipore
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Secretary to Director to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and prior experience in handling confidential executive responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Draft, prepare, and manage emails, letters, reports, and official documents.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Maintain confidential files, records, and business correspondence.
Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up actions.
Handle calls, visitors, and communication professionally.
Assist in MIS reporting, presentations, and documentation using MS Office.
Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations.
Prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Secretary to Director / Executive Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
