Position: MIS Executive
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / BBA / M.Com
Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong MIS, Excel, data management, and basic accounting skills. The candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, maintaining accurate data, supporting accounting activities, and providing timely insights to management.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments.
Maintain project-wise, department-wise, and business-wise MIS.
Prepare reports related to sales, purchases, expenses, collections, payments, receivables, and payables.
Create and maintain Excel dashboards and management reports.
Track targets, achievements, pending activities, and business performance.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS reports.
Maintain proper data records and documentation.
Automate and improve reporting processes wherever possible.

Accounts Support

Maintain and verify basic accounting records and entries.
Assist in purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
Maintain vendor and customer records.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking.
Support bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliation.
Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing data required for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for accounting-related data and reports.

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, and other Excel formulas.
Experience in creating MIS dashboards and automated reports.
Data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of data management and reporting.
Good knowledge of Google Sheets, filters, data validation, conditional formatting, and dropdowns.
Ability to handle large datasets accurately.

Accounts Skills:

Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Understanding of accounts payable and receivable.
Ability to verify and maintain financial records.

Other Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and financial data.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with experience in Real Estate / Construction will be preferred.
Should have a strong combination of MIS + Advanced Excel + Accounts knowledge.
Candidates who can independently prepare management reports and analyze business data will be preferred.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
