Good knowledge of invoicing, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update records accurately in the ERP system.
Prepare Principal Company Debit Notes and Collection Entries.
Process IS activities, Sales Invoices, and Customer Collection Entries.
Perform stock reconciliation and maintain inventory-related records.
Generate and manage Carex Internal Sales Invoices.
Verify courier invoices and process claim debit notes.
Ensure accurate documentation and record management as per company procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth commercial and operational activities.
Prepare reports and support day-to-day commercial operations.
Ensure timely and error-free processing of invoices, collections, and related transactions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
