Full job description

Executive Operations Intern – Founder’s Office

Novatra Industries LLP is looking for highly motivated, proactive, and leadership-oriented individuals to join our team as Executive Operations Interns. This is not a conventional internship where you simply receive tasks and complete them. The selected candidates will work closely with the founders and take ownership of team coordination, recruitment, task allocation, performance tracking, reporting, and day-to-day business operations.

We are hiring 2 candidates for this role.

What You Will Do

As an Executive Operations Intern, you will gradually take ownership of key operational responsibilities, including:

Assist in recruiting and onboarding interns and team members.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and priorities.
Track daily and weekly task progress and deadlines.
Follow up with team members and ensure timely execution.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Identify delays, bottlenecks, and performance issues.
Prepare regular progress and performance reports for the founders.
Conduct team meetings and maintain action items.
Help establish internal processes, SOPs, and workflows.
Coordinate between different teams and ensure smooth communication.
Take ownership of operational problems and find practical solutions.
Use AI and productivity tools to improve team efficiency.
Assist the founders in scaling and managing the company's operations.

You should be:

Good at organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Comfortable leading and coordinating a team.

Accountable for results and deadlines.
Willing to learn quickly and adapt in a startup environment.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
Interested in understanding how a company is actually built and operated.

Prior leadership, recruitment, project management, startup, or team-management experience will be an advantage, but we are more interested in your mindset and ability to take ownership than your resume alone.
