Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and detailed Senior Accounts Executive to oversee and manage our core financial, accounting, and statutory compliance operations. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end expertise in statutory tax filings, finalization of accounts, statutory compliance, and financial auditing to ensure complete accuracy and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities Taxation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and execute timely filings for GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI in strict compliance with statutory regulations. Finalization of Accounts: Lead the end-to-end balance sheet finalization, profit & loss statements, and ledger reconciliations on a periodic basis. Audit Management: Manage internal and external audit processes, coordinate with auditors, and ensure all relevant documentation is prepared and compliant. Financial Operations: Maintain general ledgers, oversee accounts payable/receivable, process monthly payroll compliances, and ensure error-free accounting entries. Reporting & Strategy: Prepare routine financial status reports, monitor cash flow, and assist management with financial analysis to drive cost optimization. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent preferred). Experience: Proven hands-on experience in corporate accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. Technical Proficiency: High command of Tally Prime/ERP 9, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and relevant government e-filing portals (GST, Income Tax, EPF, ESI). Core Competencies: Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards, and effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
