Due to our continued growth in the UK, we are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (UK) to be part of our Human Resources Team at our UK Branch Office in Keele, ST5 5NT. You will provide expert operational HR support, act as a coach and advisor, and champion a people-centric approach within a dynamic and evolving environment, contributing to the development of existing and new projects in the UK.

Your role in our team:

Coaching and developing managers and instilling best practice in relation to HR policies and procedures in a prompt, reliable and consistent manner. Guiding and influencing managers, building leadership capability and constructively challenging behaviours or actions

Provide proactive recruitment and onboarding support, ensuring recruitment excellence is maintained. Manage all administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including maintenance of accurate records through HRIS (SAP Success Factors) and generating relevant reports

Advise on employee relations procedures, such as performance and capability management, attendance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, including supporting investigations, ensuring prompt and consistent resolution of issues

Support in driving and executing change, influencing internal and external stakeholders

Analyse and interpret HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making and support workforce planning. Utilise analytical skills and emotional intelligence to provide specialist advice and innovative solutions

Provide HR project support to existing and new projects across the UK

This role requires working across multiple UK sites, building key relationships with senior leadership teams, and providing operational direction on HR activities, therefore the ability to travel both nationally and internationally is essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

A degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business with further training as a Human Resources Specialist

Professional experience as a Business Partner or Human Resources Advisor

Strong technical HR and employment law knowledge with demonstrable experience of resolving employee relations issues, including advising on complex disciplinary and grievance issues with the ability to apply the relevant legal principles

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, sharp analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and drive improvements

Critical thinker, coordinating, organisational, time management and problem solving skills and ability to deliver results to demanding deadlines

Communication - excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, able to influence and communicate effectively cross-functionally. Strong listening and problem solving skills. Effective relationship building and influencing skills, ability to quickly establish and maintain trust and credibility

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and project activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems including inputting and extracting data/reports
