(A) JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and talent acquisition activities. The intern will assist with sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Assist in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, profile screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand open positions and hiring requirements.
Assist in preparing and publishing job descriptions and job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and next steps.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers/ATS with accurate and timely information.
Monitor application flow and assist in shortlisting relevant profiles.
Support the recruitment team in maintaining a healthy talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in preparing recruitment MIS, hiring status reports, and basic recruitment analytics.

Recruitment Vendor Coordination

Assist in coordinating with recruitment consultants, staffing agencies, and other hiring partners.
Follow up with vendors on candidate submissions and hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment vendor records and related documentation.
Support the team in tracking candidate status and vendor performance.

HR Systems & Reporting

Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment data in the ATS/HRMS.
Update recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and hiring status reports.
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly recruitment MIS and dashboards.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of candidate and recruitment information.

General HR Support

Coordinate with internal teams for interview logistics and recruitment activities.
Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus hiring drives, and walk-in interviews.
Assist in drafting recruitment-related communications and job descriptions.
Maintain recruitment documentation, trackers, and departmental records.
Support onboarding-related coordination and documentation as required.
Assist the HR team with employee records and other routine HR administrative activities.
Support policy implementation and adherence to established HR processes.
Perform other HR-related assignments and administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

Must-Have Skills

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and recruitment activities simultaneously.
Basic understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to learn ATS/HRMS and other recruitment tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

Internship or academic exposure to recruitment or HR.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of sourcing and screening candidates.
Exposure to ATS/HRMS platforms.
Experience coordinating interviews, campus hiring, or recruitment drives.
Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring reports.
