Position Title: Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of our medical college. The candidate will be the first point of contact for students, faculty, patients, and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist students, faculty, patients, and visitors in a professional manner
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding departments, admissions, and services
Coordinate with departments for appointments and internal communication
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management
Support admission and academic coordination when required

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate (preferred)
1–3 years of experience as a receptionist/front office executive (Healthcare/Education preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Telugu & Tamil and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented
