Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Understand monthly client requirements and convert them into clear publisher selection criteria.
Review and maintain the quality of websites identified by the prospecting team.
Audit publishers closed by the outreach team before they are approved for client campaigns.
Conduct detailed website quality checks covering domain authority, organic traffic, backlink profile, content quality, brand credibility, and historical performance.
Identify PBNs (Private Blog Networks), link farms, manipulated metrics, suspicious traffic, spammy backlinks, and low-quality websites.
Ensure websites match client requirements related to niche, country, traffic, authority, audience, budget, and placement type.
Classify publishers based on quality, relevance, risk, pricing, and client suitability.
Match approved publishers with the most suitable client and campaign requirements.
Maintain clear approval, rejection, and risk-classification standards.
Conduct regular audits of prospect lists, closed publishers, and the existing publisher database.
Identify gaps between client requirements and the websites being sourced or approved.
Train prospecting and outreach teams to improve the quality of websites they identify and negotiate with.
Help establish and optimize publisher quality-control processes, SOPs, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in Off-Page SEO, Link Building, Publisher Outreach, or Digital PR.
Strong ability to evaluate website quality beyond basic metrics such as DR, DA, or traffic.
Deep understanding of backlink profiles, organic visibility, traffic trends, Google penalties, and website authority.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Similarweb, and Google Search Console.
Ability to identify PBNs, expired-domain websites, link-selling networks, traffic manipulation, and spam risks.
Strong understanding of contextual links, guest posts, niche edits, editorial placements, and publisher quality.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and quality-control skills.
Ability to understand diverse client requirements across industries, countries, and campaign goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing or auditing large publisher databases.
Experience working with digital marketing agencies, international clients, or high-volume link-building campaigns.
Previous experience training prospecting or outreach teams.
Ability to create publisher quality frameworks, scoring systems, SOPs, and reporting dashboards.
