We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Export & Domestic Furniture Marketing Head to lead our sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen our global dealer and customer network, and drive business growth across international and Indian markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in furniture sales, exports, international business development, dealer network expansion, marketing strategy, and customer relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development
- Develop new international buyers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and contract furniture clients.
- Expand business across Europe, USA, GCC, Japan, Australia, and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buying houses and sourcing agencies.
- Generate qualified export leads through digital platforms, exhibitions, and direct outreach.
- Manage overseas customer accounts from inquiry to shipment.
Domestic Market Expansion
- Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks across India.
- Drive sales through architects, interior designers, hospitality projects, builders, and retail partners.
- Develop regional expansion strategies and monitor domestic sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement growth plans.
Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Develop annual and quarterly sales plans with clear revenue targets.
- Define market penetration and business growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify new product opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Develop marketing initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Brand Development & Marketing
- Strengthen the Family Hub brand across domestic and international markets.
- Oversee website content, social media, catalogues, brochures, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Coordinate with branding and creative agencies.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.
Export Operations
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, logistics, and quality teams for timely order execution.
- Understand Incoterms, export documentation, logistics, and shipment planning.
- Support customers throughout the complete order lifecycle.
Trade Shows & Exhibitions
- Lead participation in domestic and international furniture exhibitions.
- Develop pre-, during-, and post-exhibition strategies.
- Manage buyer meetings, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Convert exhibition enquiries into long-term business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Drive customer satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor sales, marketing, and merchandising teams.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular training, review, and strategy meetings.
- Build a high-performance and customer-focused team culture.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Collaborate with digital marketing partners to drive qualified leads.
- Monitor SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and social media performance.
- Leverage CRM and analytics tools to improve lead conversion.
- Track marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.

- Ability to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
