Job Role: Internal Operations & Maintenance Lead (Internal Controller)

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Reports to: Head of Operations

Employment Type: Full-time- No work from home option.

Role Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and observant Internal Controller to oversee the core infrastructure and operational integrity of Dilzer Consultants. You will be the primary authority on office discipline, technical maintenance, and facility management. A key focus of this role is the implementation of productivity tracking systems and the seamless technical coordination of all high-level meetings and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

1. Productivity Tracking & Operational Control

Tool Implementation: Research, deploy, and manage productivity tracking software to monitor team output and identify time-wastage.
Hurdle Identification: Proactively identify "bottlenecks," distractions, or activities that disrupt the workflow; implement immediate solutions.
Internal Discipline: Monitor Late Coming and office decorum. Deliver firm but calm feedback to ensure 100% compliance with company standards.

2. Conference Room & Meeting Coordination

Meeting Readiness: Ensure the conference room is "Meeting-Ready" at all times (cleanliness, seating, stationery, and refreshments).
Tech Support & Setup: Provide end-to-end technical support for physical and virtual meetings. Setup and test audio/video equipment, projectors, and video conferencing software (Zoom/Google Meet) prior to start.
Webinar Coordination: Assist the management in setting up and managing the backend of financial literacy webinars, ensuring zero technical glitches.
Calendar Management: Maintain the conference room booking schedule to avoid overlaps and ensure a smooth flow of appointments.

3. Infrastructure & Technical Maintenance

IT Asset Oversight: Manage the upkeep of all Computers and Mobile devices. Audit hardware performance and coordinate laptop/mobile purchases, upgrades, and repair logistics.
Internet Security: Enforce and audit Internal Internet Security Protocols to protect firm data.
Troubleshooting: Serve as the first responder for internet connectivity and electricity issues across the floor.

4. Facility & Vendor Management

AMC Governance: Maintain the master AMC Contact List. Ensure all maintenance contracts (AC, Water, UPS, Internet) are renewed and serviced before expiry.
Cleanliness & Housekeeping: Oversee office hygiene and seating/desk management.
Vendor Engagement: Manage the onboarding and engagement of all external vendors and professionals. Act as the central liaison for service delivery.

5. Employee Lifecycle & SOPs

Onboarding/Relieving Checklists: Rigorously follow entry/exit protocols, ensuring all assets are recovered and security clearances are completed.
SOP Oversight: Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed; identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.

Skill Set & Qualifications

Clear & Assertive Communication: Ability to be "Stern yet Calm" when enforcing rules.
AV & Tech Savvy: Proficiency in setting up video conferencing, troubleshooting HDMI/Display connections, and basic network settings.
Systems Mindset: Experience or strong interest in workflow automation and productivity tracking tools.
Punctuality: Must lead by example in terms of timing and office presence.
