We are seeking a dedicated SAP PM Plant Maintenance Executive Analyst to manage and support SAP Plant Maintenance activities at our onsite plant facility. The primary focus of this role is master data management to ensure the accuracy consistency and completeness of maintenance records within the SAP system.

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the SAP PM module
Work Schedule
5.5 working days a week with alternate Saturdays off Hours are 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities
Create update and maintain SAP PM master data including equipment master functional locations bill of materials task lists and maintenance plans
Ensure data accuracy standardization and compliance with defined processes
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in SAP PM
Assist in data migration cleansing and validation activities
Collaborate with maintenance operations and IT teams for data requirements
Generate and maintain reports related to plant maintenance activities
Support issue resolution related to SAP PM master data and transactions
Follow internal controls and documentation standards
Required Skills and Competencies
Hands on experience in SAP PM module with at least 2 years of relevant work
Strong understanding of equipment and functional location structures maintenance processing notifications and work orders and preventive maintenance concepts
Experience in master data creation and governance
Basic knowledge of SAP integration with MM and CS modules is preferred
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and validation
Effective communication skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Engineering Science IT or a related field
SAP certification in PM is preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Experience
Experience working in manufacturing plant or industrial environments
Exposure to data migration or data cleansing projects
Familiarity with SAP ECC or S4HANA environment
Other Requirements

Ability to work in a team oriented and fast paced environment
Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
