Key Responsibilities

Daily data entry: material dispatch records, truck movement logs, delivery challans
Prepare invoices, bills, and GST-related documents in Tally/Excel
Maintain supplier and customer databases
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management
Handle email correspondence with clients and vendors
Coordinate with site supervisors and transport team for data updates
Manage attendance and basic payroll inputs
Maintain document filing system (physical and digital)
Operate office equipment: printers, scanners, UPS systems
Support accounts team with voucher entries and reconciliation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as Computer Operator in logistics/construction/manufacturing
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — Advanced Excel preferred
Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Basic understanding of GST, e-way bills, and billing procedures
Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi; basic English
Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
