Location: Kanchipuram

Job Description

We are looking for an O&M resource at AM / DM level. The resource will be responsible for ensuring

safe, reliable, and uninterrupted Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of City Gas Distribution (CGD) assets

across the assigned Geographical Area (GA). This includes managing pipeline networks, CGS, PRS,

CNG/LCNG stations, and DBS facilities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, statutory

compliance, asset reliability, and customer satisfaction. The resource will also be leading O&M teams,

managing contractors, and driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end O&M of CGD assets, including pipelines, CGS, PRS, CNG/LCNG stations, and

DBS.

Ensure uninterrupted PNG & CNG supply with minimum downtime through quick fault diagnosis

and restoration.

Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to enhance asset life and system reliability.

Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and HSE standards.

Lead and develop O&M teams and contractor workforce to achieve operational excellence.

Support project-to-O&M transition, including commissioning, stabilization, and asset handover.

Monitor and improve key operational KPIs such as uptime, MTTR, leakage index, and customer

complaints closure.

Control O&M budgets, AMCs, spares, and operating costs for optimal financial performance.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
