Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Computer Science

Location: Head office, Kakadeo

Department: Academics

Job Purpose:

To provide subject expertise in Computer Science, support curriculum development, enhance teaching quality, and ensure academic excellence across classes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review Computer Science curriculum aligned with board requirements (CBSE/ICSE/Cambridge).
Design lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
Train and mentor teachers to improve subject delivery and pedagogy.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure integration of modern tools like AI, coding, and robotics into the curriculum.
Develop question papers, assignments, and evaluation criteria.
Monitor student performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Stay updated with latest trends in Computer Science and education technology.
Support in organizing workshops, competitions, and tech events.
Collaborate with school leadership for academic planning and implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / relevant field.
B.Ed. preferred (for school setup).
Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
Familiarity with AI, Robotics, and emerging technologies is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Computer Science.
Prior experience as SME/Academic Coordinator/Trainer preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
