Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Field Boy / Field Executive with at least 2 years of experience to handle outdoor work, document collection and delivery, banking activities, office errands, and other field-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and deliver documents, cheques, invoices, and other official materials.
Visit banks, government offices, clients, vendors, and other locations as required.
Handle deposits, cheque collections, and basic banking-related activities.
Ensure timely delivery and collection of documents.
Maintain proper records of all field activities and transactions.
Coordinate with the office team regarding daily field assignments.
Support administrative and office-related outdoor activities.
Purchase and deliver office supplies or other required materials.
Ensure all documents and materials are handled safely and confidentially.
Follow the assigned daily schedule and complete tasks within deadlines.
Perform other field and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a field boy, field executive, office assistant, runner, or similar role.
Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.
Good knowledge of the local area and routes.
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Two-wheeler preferred/required depending on company policy.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outdoor tasks.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of local banks, offices, and commercial areas.
Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to handle cash/documents responsibly.
