Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose and provide evidence-based therapy for patients with speech, language, communication, voice and swallowing difficulties across pediatric and adult populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, voice and swallowing assessments.
- Identify and evaluate speech and language disorders in children and adults.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient needs.
- Provide therapy for:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Speech and language delay
- Stammering/stuttering
- Voice disorders
- Aphasia following stroke or neurological illness
- Dysarthria and other motor-speech disorders
- Cognitive-communication disorders
- Autism-related communication difficulties
- Feeding and swallowing difficulties, within professional scope and competency
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate patient assessment, treatment and progress documentation.
- Counsel and educate parents/caregivers regarding home-based therapy and communication strategies.
- Coordinate care with pediatricians, physicians, neurologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions when required.
- Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality and infection-control practices.
- Provide appropriate referrals for audiological, neurological, psychological or other specialist evaluation when indicated.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs and community outreach activities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration/licensure as applicable.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers may be considered depending on clinical competency.

Salary: It Will be pure on sharing basis
