Project Coordinator – Healthcare / Medical Projects ( Travel is required)

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring healthcare-related projects including hospital infrastructure setup, medical equipment installation, commissioning, vendor coordination, documentation, and client communication. The role requires close coordination with hospitals, consultants, biomedical teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end execution of healthcare and hospital projects.
Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
Coordinate with hospital authorities, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project implementation.
Track delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Follow up with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for material availability and dispatch.
Maintain project documentation including BOQs, purchase orders, installation reports, and handover documents.
Arrange site visits, meetings, and training schedules for clients and technical teams.
Monitor project milestones and escalate delays or operational issues to management.
Coordinate with service and engineering teams for installation and after-sales support.
Prepare MIS reports, project status updates, and client communication records.
Support tender execution and project costing coordination wherever required.
Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and timelines.

Required Skills

Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Good understanding of hospital projects and medical equipment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of documentation and reporting processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
Problem-solving and follow-up skills
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree .

Freshers with required skill set may be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
