Internship Duration: 6 Months

Internship Type: Full-time (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote – as applicable)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our BA and delivery team at Onbyz. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to requirements gathering, documentation, client communication, and project coordination in a digital services environment.

You will work closely with senior BAs, project managers, designers, and developers to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Support senior BAs in preparing:
  - Requirement documents (BRD / FRD)
  - User stories and basic wireframe notes
- Participate in internal and client discussions to understand project scope
- Help translate client needs into clear inputs for design and development teams
- Maintain project-related documentation and trackers
- Support coordination between stakeholders (design, tech, delivery)

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document requirements clearly and logically
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with tools like:
  - Google Docs / Sheets
  - MS Excel / PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
