The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents to provide information about university programs, admissions procedures, fees, scholarships, and campus facilities. The role involves lead follow-up, counseling support, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students from provided databases and leads.
- Explain academic programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structure.
- Follow up with applicants regarding document submission and application status.
- Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, or online meetings.
- Maintain and update student data in CRM/software.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex queries to the admissions counselor when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate (Preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational counseling is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
