About the Role

As a Mobile App Developer,, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the company’s customer-facing mobile applications that power property discovery, engagement, and booking journeys.

You will be primarily responsible for developing Flutter-based Android and iOS applications, while also contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of backend APIs written in PHP (Laravel). This role requires a strong balance of mobile engineering depth and full-stack awareness, enabling you to ship features end-to-end with speed and reliability.

You will work closely with Product Manager, Designer, Backend Engineers, and QA team to translate business requirements into intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences. From implementing pixel-perfect UI and smooth animations to optimizing API interactions and app performance, you will own the quality and stability of the mobile platform.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for engineers who enjoy building consumer-grade products, solving real-world scalability challenges, and taking ownership from development through deployment.

Success in this role means delivering fast, reliable, and delightful mobile experiences that directly impact customer engagement, conversion, and trust in the Blox.xyz platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications for Android and iOS.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Dart code following best practices.
Implement responsive UI/UX aligned with design guidelines.
Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Optimize application performance, memory usage, and app size.
Handle app lifecycle, state management, navigation, and animations.
Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Mobile service ownership

Maintain and enhance existing backend services written in PHP (Laravel).
Debug and fix issues in APIs consumed by mobile applications.
Implement minor backend features, optimizations, and bug fixes as needed.
Work with MySQL / relational databases for data retrieval and updates.
Ensure API performance, security, and data integrity.

Experience & Skills

5–7 years of overall software development experience, with strong hands-on exposure to mobile application development.
Proven experience building and shipping production-grade Flutter applications.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns, state management, and asynchronous programming.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases, API integrations, and data validation.
Experience debugging production issues across mobile and backend systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience in mobile application development).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
