Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive with an MBA in Marketing to support business development, proposal coordination, and marketing activities. The role primarily involves coordination of bid/proposal activities, compilation of tender documents, drafting and formatting of expert CVs, and supporting day-to-day communication and marketing functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Location of Job: Sonepat

Salary: Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience

Work Experience: 2-3 years

Candidate Profile: MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply. Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, good multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong attention to detail in document formatting and proposal preparation. The role requires the ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with internal teams, experts, consultants, and partner organizations. Basic understanding of tendering and bid processes, proposal preparation, online tender portals, and document formatting tools will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be organized, disciplined, a quick learner, team-oriented, and possess strong time management and problem-solving skills.
