Accountant

Contract: 2 Years – Renewable

Job Summary

Gulf Promotion Signage & Advertising Co. is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, project costing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, VAT documentation, bank reconciliation, payroll support, collections, and financial reporting.

Candidates with experience in signage, advertising, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, fit-out, or other project-based industries are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding collections.
Verify supplier invoices and maintain payment schedules.
Manage project-wise/job-wise costing and profitability.
Track material, labour, transportation, installation, subcontractor, equipment, and site expenses.
Prepare project cost variance and profitability reports.
Maintain VAT records and support ZATCA compliance.
Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
Maintain petty cash and employee/site advance records.
Support monthly payroll and month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare P&L, Cash Flow, AR, AP, project costing, collection, and expense reports.
Maintain proper accounting documentation for audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field – Mandatory.
4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Saudi Arabia accounting experience is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of AR, AP, and project costing.
Knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
