Receive, check, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain proper stock records and update inventory regularly.
Issue materials to different departments based on approved requests.

Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with records.
Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.
Check the quality, quantity, and condition of received items.
Coordinate with suppliers and other departments when required.
