About the role

Beeps Digital is hiring an in-person Digital Marketing Trainer to lead our training program covering the full digital marketing skill set. You will design and deliver structured sessions, mentor learners, and continuously upgrade the curriculum to reflect current industry practice.

What you'll do

Plan and deliver classroom and lab sessions on SEO, paid ads (Meta and Google), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics (GA4, Search Console), and basic web design tools. Build hands-on exercises, case studies, and capstone projects. Evaluate learner progress and provide structured feedback. Maintain and update training material regularly. Coordinate guest sessions, mock projects, and placement-readiness workshops.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across at least three of: SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content marketing, email marketing, or web analytics. Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Malayalam a plus for the local audience). Comfortable working with beginners and explaining concepts clearly.

Compensation

Up to 20,000 per month, plus a performance-based bonus tied to learner outcomes, batch completion rates, and feedback scores. Paid time off.

Work location: In person, Kothamangalam, Kochi, Kerala.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
