Job Responsibilities & Duties

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
Create engaging content including social media posts, banners, creatives, and promotional materials.
Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, branding, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, and animations for digital platforms.
Handle video editing tasks including cutting, color correction, audio syncing, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
Analyze campaign performance using insights and analytics tools, and optimize content accordingly.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop creative campaigns and strategies.
Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual communication across all platforms.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and content formats.
Manage multiple campaigns and projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.
Assist in email marketing, SEO basics, and paid ads (Meta/Google) when required.
Organize and maintain digital assets, project files, and media libraries.

Required Skills

Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics platforms, etc.).
Strong creativity, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
Basic knowledge of branding, SEO, and content marketing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
