Job description Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented Admin cum Sales Executive to support our daily administrative operations while assisting the sales team in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth office coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and front office operations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Prepare quotations, invoices, agreements, and other business documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project schedules.
Maintain attendance records and coordinate with management.
Support procurement and vendor coordination when required.
Ensure proper filing of project-related documents and correspondence.

Sales Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
Coordinate with prospective customers and schedule site visits.
Maintain CRM and customer databases.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, payments, and project updates.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with project and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
Achieve monthly lead generation and customer follow-up targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in administration, sales, or customer relationship management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the construction, real estate, architecture, or interior industry will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is preferred.
