Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Project Implementation Coordinator to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Computer Training Centre. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of training programs, coordinating faculty, students, staff, and management, and maintaining the overall functioning of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of the Computer Training Centre.
Coordinate the implementation of various computer courses and training programs.
Coordinate with trainers/faculty to ensure classes are conducted according to the planned schedule.
Manage student admissions, attendance, batch schedules, and course-related activities.
Coordinate with students and address their basic queries and requirements.
Monitor classroom, computer lab, systems, software, and other training facilities.
Ensure all required training materials and resources are available before classes.
Coordinate with the management and provide regular updates on centre activities.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to students, batches, attendance, and centre operations.
Support the marketing and admission team in converting enquiries into admissions.
Monitor student feedback and help improve the quality of training.
Coordinate examinations, assessments, workshops, seminars, and other centre activities.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and smooth functioning of the centre.
Handle basic administrative responsibilities related to the centre.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure projects and training activities are completed on time.
Identify operational issues and report them to management with suitable solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
