Minimum 2–3 years of Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel – Mandatory.
HOTSOFT knowledge – Mandatory.
Experience with an international hotel brand – Preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Front Office operations, check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest handling.
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance, grooming, and positive attitude.
Ability to handle guest queries and complaints efficiently.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures professionally.
Manage guest requests, queries, and complaints.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth guest services.
Maintain accurate guest records and Front Office documentation.
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service.
Assist the Front Office team in daily operations and support junior associates when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
