Title- Sales Executive - Modern Trade Institutional Sales Location Badli ,Delhi .

Working Days 6 days

Office Timings 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM

Experience Minimum 3 years Mandatory MT Institutional Sales experience

Job Summary- We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in Modern Trade and Institutional Sales to support our channel expansion and manage daily sales operations The ideal candidate must come from an textile background. hands-on expertise in managing key accounts coordinating with store teams and building strong B2B institutional relationships This role requires a solid understanding of Modern Trade workings institutional procurement processes dynamics.

Key Responsibilities - Modern Trade Primary Focus Manage support and grow Modern Trade accounts across assigned territories Liaise with category managers store managers and distributors to ensure smooth operations Oversee order booking replenishment stock availability planogram compliance and in-store visibility Follow up on payments claims schemes promotions and settlements Track MT performance promo effectiveness and SKU-wise sales Institutional Sales Manage end-to-end Institutional Sales relationships with corporate buyers hotels hospitals and bulk purchase clients Handle inquiries negotiations pricing and order coordination Ensure timely delivery invoicing and customer satisfaction Build long-term partnerships to drive repeat business Sales Operations Coordination Maintain product listings and support documentation across MT Institutional and where needed GeM portals Prepare sales MIS sales trackers and channel performance reports Coordinate with internal teams Supply Chain Accounts Logistics to ensure seamless execution Conduct competitor tracking and basic market research with a focus on FMCG industry trends Assist in MT promotions sampling and product launch executions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field Minimum 3 years mandatory experience in Modern Trade Institutional Sales Strong FMCG background is essential Personal Care Household Care Breweries Pharma Cosmetics preferred Key Skills Required Deep understanding of Modern Trade processes MT operations and MT sales cycles Strong exposure to Institutional Sales and B2B account handling Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools Ability to multitask manage timelines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders Strong analytical mindset and disciplined follow-up Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and build a strong career foundation in Modern Trade Institutional Sales .
