Full job description

Goodmaysys Software Technologies Pvt Ltd since 2008 is providing solutions and services spanning major industries. As a trusted partner with wide-ranging service capabilities, it helps clients transform and succeed in challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities and Duties

General tasks include:

Manage global infrastructure for private and public cloud
establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards;
the design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment;
maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization;
undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources;
securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access;
the support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy;
updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organisations;
reporting network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects;
upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases;
the basic configuration of firewalls;
remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation;
remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation;
capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers;
Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on desktops and peripherals to optimize system performance and lifespan.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.
Repair and replace faulty computer components such as RAM, hard drives, and video cards.
Install and configure new hardware components according to company standards.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all maintenance activities for future reference.
Assist end-users with basic hardware troubleshooting and resolution, providing excellent customer service.
Stay up to date on the latest computer hardware technologies and best practices through training and independent learning

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Madatory - Should Have Good Communication Skills.

Experience - 2 Years

Qualification - Graduation

Degree - B.Tech (Computer science & engineering) or Information Technology will be preferred
