Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes for machine manufacturing and assembly.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality issues.
Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production problems.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process industrialization activities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S to reduce production costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for tooling, materials, and components.
Support production scheduling and capacity planning.
Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,555.30 per month
