Role Overview
TSI is seeking compassionate, skilled Dermatologists to join their growing team. The selected candidate will provide expert consultations, deliver advanced aesthetic and clinical treatments, and contribute to TSI's reputation for excellence in patient care and transformative results.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and skin assessments
- Diagnose skin, hair, and related aesthetic concerns accurately
- Design personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Perform aesthetic procedures including laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, and other advanced dermatological treatments
Patient Care & Experience
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care
- Build long-term patient relationships based on trust and results
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene
Professional Growth & Collaboration
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine
- Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain quality standards
- Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions
- For experienced doctors: Opportunity to mentor and train fresher dermatologists joining TSI's training programs
- Contribute to TSI's culture of continuous learning and excellence
Required Qualifications
Education & Registration
- MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology
- Valid medical registration with state medical council
- Freshers in Dermatology are welcome to apply
