HR & Administration Executive/Manager

Job Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience: 3–8 Years

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and suitability

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized HR & Administration professional to manage and streamline our human resources, administrative, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and capable of independently handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Handle employee discipline, grievances, and workplace-related concerns.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and manpower requirements.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between employees and management.

Administration & Operations

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, workplace safety, and other facility-related activities.
Supervise and coordinate stores, inventory, and logistics-related activities, wherever required.
Implement and monitor SOPs, checklists, reporting systems, and operational processes.
Support the implementation and effective use of ERP/HRMS systems.
Ensure proper coordination between different departments for smooth operational functioning.
Prepare and submit regular HR, administration, and operational reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
3–8 years of relevant hands-on experience in HR and Administration.
Strong people management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling both HR and administrative responsibilities is essential.
Candidates with experience limited only to recruitment or payroll will not be preferred.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
Candidates from Gwalior or nearby locations will be preferred. Candidates from other locations should be willing to relocate to Gwalior.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will have an added advantage:

Manufacturing, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Industrial, or operational environments.
Inventory, logistics, facility management, and compliance.
SOP and process development, implementation, and monitoring.
ERP or HRMS implementation and reporting systems.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible professional who can go beyond routine HR activities and actively contribute to improving administrative processes, employee coordination, workplace management, and overall operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
