Handle Blue-collar and White-collar recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and joining formalities.
Coordinate Training & Development activities, including training schedules, attendance, feedback and training records.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, trackers and dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Plan and coordinate Employee Engagement Activities, celebrations, employee connect initiatives and other HR activities.
Coordinate with the Centralized HR Team and HR teams at other units for day-to-day activities, data collection, follow-ups and closure of pending actions.
Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records and other HR-related databases.
Follow up with candidates, hiring managers and unit HR teams to ensure timely closure of recruitment requirements.
Handling onboarding and joining-related activities.
Ensure timely submission of HR reports and maintain accuracy of HR data.
Assist in HR audits, documentation and other HR operational activities as required.
Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for various HR-related requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
4–9 years of experience in HR/Recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Should be comfortable coordinating with multiple units and centralized teams.
