Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Member Services: Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and account queries with empathy and accuracy.
Credit & Loan Management: Assess loan eligibility, process applications, monitor repayments, and ensure ethical lending practices.
Compliance & Risk: Maintain adherence to cooperative society regulations, RBI guidelines, and internal ethical finance policies.
Financial Operations: Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and daily branch banking activities.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare financial statements, audit reports, and maintain transparent records.
Community Engagement: Promote cooperative values, financial literacy, and member participation in society initiatives.
Technology & Systems: Utilize banking software for transactions, MIS reporting, and digital member services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education : MBA/ MCom
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in banking operations,
Expertise: Strong knowledge of compliance, operational systems, and cooperative finance.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
Mindset: Transparent, motivating, and improvement-oriented leader with a passion for building scalable systems.
