About the Role

SafeAeon is seeking a driven and analytically minded Marketing Performance & Growth SME to support demand generation, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.

This is an early-career role designed for management graduates who want to build expertise at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, technology, and revenue growth.

The selected candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, business development, and cybersecurity subject-matter experts to design campaigns, identify growth opportunities, improve lead generation, and contribute to a measurable sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation and Campaign Management

Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across email, digital, content, webinars, events, account-based marketing, and partner channels.
Translate cybersecurity capabilities into clear, compelling, and commercially relevant marketing messages.
Develop campaign briefs, audience segments, offers, landing-page requirements, and lead-nurturing journeys.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely campaign execution.

Performance Marketing and Analytics

Track campaign performance across key metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, cost per lead, marketing-qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and return on marketing investment.
Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and funnel performance.
Identify underperforming channels, messages, and audience segments, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct structured experiments involving messaging, content, audience targeting, calls to action, and campaign formats.
Use data to improve marketing efficiency and support evidence-based decision-making.

Pipeline Growth and Sales Alignment

Partner with sales and business development teams to define target accounts, buyer personas, qualification criteria, and campaign priorities.
Support the progression of prospects from initial engagement to marketing-qualified and sales-qualified opportunities.
Analyse lead quality, conversion patterns, pipeline velocity, and campaign-sourced revenue.
Assist in developing account-based marketing initiatives for priority industries and strategic accounts.
Gather feedback from sales teams to improve campaign relevance and lead quality.

Content and Go-to-Market Support

Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create campaign content, including reports, case studies, white papers, presentations, email sequences, social media content, and webinar themes.
Support product and service launches through structured go-to-market plans.
Ensure marketing communications are accurate, differentiated, and aligned with SafeAeon’s brand.
Help simplify technical cybersecurity concepts for business and executive audiences.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

A postgraduate degree in management, marketing, strategy, analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, and revenue growth.
Sound analytical ability and comfort working with data, metrics, and performance reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to convert complex information into clear business messages.
A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to solving problems.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of the relationship between marketing activity and sales outcomes.
The ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, technical, and leadership teams.
Ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward execution.

Preferred Capabilities

Exposure to any of the following would be advantageous:

Demand generation or performance marketing
B2B technology or SaaS marketing
Market research and competitive analysis
CRM and marketing automation platforms
Digital advertising and campaign analytics
Account-based marketing
Dashboarding and data-visualization tools
Cybersecurity, information technology, risk, or compliance concepts

Key Performance Indicators:

Success in this role will be evaluated through metrics such as:

Marketing-qualified leads generated
Sales-qualified opportunities influenced
Campaign-sourced and campaign-influenced pipeline
Lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
Cost per lead and cost per qualified opportunity
Campaign engagement and conversion performance
Pipeline velocity and lead quality
Return on marketing investment
Performance improvements achieved through testing and optimization

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
