Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD) – Roles & Responsibilities

Manage MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, ticketing, and logistics.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing notes, and business documents.
Organize meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and confidential communications.
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the MD.
Conduct internet research and gather business-related information as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Organize office events, business meetings, and corporate activities.
