Designation: Assistant Manager – Channel Sales (CP)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To:

Location: Site Office, Nagpur (Besa).

Timing: 10am-6:30pm.

Job Type: Full Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to strengthen and expand our Channel Partner (CP) network. The role demands strong relationship management, disciplined follow-ups, and consistent revenue generation through brokers and channel associates.

The candidate should be target-driven, field-oriented, and capable of building long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Development & Activation

· Identify, appoint, and activate new Channel Partners to expand market reach.

· Build strong working relationships with brokers and CP firms.

· Ensure regular engagement, follow-ups, and motivation of active partners.

· Conduct CP meetings, site visits, and project briefings to drive conversions.

Sales & Revenue Delivery

· Generate qualified leads and site visits through CP network.

· Drive closures and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.

· Maintain healthy sales pipeline and improve conversion ratios.

· Ensure revenue targets are achieved with structured tracking.

Process Discipline & Coordination

· Maintain proper reporting of daily visits and pipeline status.

· Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and legal teams for smooth booking and commission processing.

· Ensure timely payment follow-ups and documentation compliance.

Market Intelligence

· Track competitor activities and market trends.

· Provide regular feedback to management on pricing, demand, and channel opportunities.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

· Active CP onboarding and retention

· Lead generation and site visit numbers

· Bookings and revenue achieved

· Conversion ratio improvement

· Regularity and quality of reporting

Qualification & Experience

· Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).

· 3–6 years of experience in Channel Sales / Field Sales environment.

Candidates from Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, CASA sales, Club Mahindra, or other structured follow-up driven industries will be preferred.

Bring an existing broker/CP network (added advantage).
