Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

 CEO Assistance & Email Management:

o Monitor and manage the CEO's inbox, prioritize urgent matters, and draft/reply to

emails as required.

o Maintain daily task lists and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

 Research & Strategic Support:

o Conduct research and generate insights on new markets, competitors, and

technologies.

o Assist in R&D-related coordination and documentation.

 High-Priority Case Handling:

o Take charge of critical, time-sensitive matters, escalate when needed, and ensure

resolution.

o Maintain confidentiality on sensitive company and client information.

 Cross-Department Coordination:

o Follow up with department heads, track progress, and remove bottlenecks.

o Ensure timely execution of inter-departmental projects.

 Idea Implementation & Brainstorming:

o Capture and respond to the CEO’s ideas proactively, provide suggestions and

support execution.

o Maintain a repository of ongoing and future initiatives.

 Responsiveness & Accountability:

o Be highly available via phone/email/WhatsApp for real-time coordination.

o Maintain task discipline and drive internal accountability.

 Ad-hoc & Strategic Projects:

o Take on unstructured tasks with clarity and speed.

o Help build systems that reduce manual intervention and automate operations.

Who You Are:

 A fast learner, go-getter, and executor with 2-5 years of experience in operations, EA,

project coordination, or startup environment.

 Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Tech-savvy, comfortable with email management, GSuite, Excel, and CRMs.

 Emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality.

 Willing to work with high involvement and passion.
